Chelsea Corp is an approved applicator of Sikadur Combiflex, Nuralite, Mapei, Equus, Viking Roofspec, Ardex, Waterproofing Systems, Emseal and Bostik – showcasing waterproofing as one of our core skills.

We offer services such as liquid-applied flat roofs, car park decks and membranes to waterproof your structures and gutters, using polyurethane injection and crystallised negative waterproofing, to name a few.

Liquid-applied waterproof membranes can be administered over existing membranes without the requirement to remove, in most instances. This minimises disruption to both the building and its inhabitants.

An example of our waterproofing expertise was the upgrade to Federal Street, near Auckland’s Sky Tower, where we applied 4,500m2 of Sika’s dynamic carpark deck system around its trafficable areas.
